The ideal candidate will have experience with financial reporting, account reconciliation, accounts payable, client billing and more. Working closely with the Accounting Manager, candidates will also provide administrative assistance that includes maintaining filing systems, preparation of reports, ordering supplies, mail distribution, etc. We’re looking for a candidate who has strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of GAAP and experience with financial analysis and cost reporting.
Responsibilities and Duties
Process Trade and Operating vendor invoices, working closely with the Sales Team
Assist with day-to-day operations of the Accounting department, including filing, report generation, cost analysis, and bank deposits.
Generate and distribute client billing daily
Monitor credit card charges, including reconciling of monthly invoice
Assist with collections, including communication with client’s about billing questions
Preparation of monthly financial reports and support of quarterly and annual accounting activities as necessary.
Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills a must.
Ability to prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Excel. Experience with QuickBooks a plus.
3+ years of experience in accounting or related field.

Digital Marketing Director
The Digital Marketing Director will lead the growth of AlphaGraphic’s Digital Marketing business to deliver a scalable profit stream and to provide end-to-end digital marketing solutions for our clients. To be successful, the person in this role will have prior experience managing marketing campaigns including email, SEO, SEM, and display as well as ‘selling’ digital marketing services to prospective clients.
Our ideal candidate possesses the ability to gather client requirements and translate them into digital solutions that span across the range of media, technology, and operational facets. This person will represent AlphaGraphics’s Digital Marketing offering and will be speaking to clients, prospective clients, and other relevant groups. Responsibilities include:

Analyze and thoroughly understand campaign performance, by segment, by tactic, by market in order to optimize campaign performance.
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign management.
5+ years of corporate and / or agency experience in digital marketing required.
3 to 5 years of experience managing high growth marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Minimum 3 years of leadership and supervisory experience.
Possess immersive attitude toward target audiences and is passionate about target audience insights driving toward creative solutions.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, organize and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously.
BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field; MBA preferred or equivalent degree.
