Point Park University's new performing arts center, The Pittsburgh Playhouse, needed a memorable and impactful design for announcing its grand opening. A highly segmented direct mail and email campaign was just the right fit to speak to their diverse audience. We tailored the content, visual design, and written letters to their alumni by program or school and added even more detailed segmentation by alumni year. A clear ink technique was used on the printed materials to catch the light and add intrigue. In-depth tracking capabilities were added to better understand insights and data analytics around their fundraising efforts.
