Guided by its faith-based roots, Presbyterian SeniorCare Network (PSCN) is committed to Making Aging Easier®. Delivering a continuum of living and care options for older adults of all faiths in 10 western Pennsylvania counties, their mission is to provide the highest quality of care possible. This includes personal care and skilled nursing communities, short-term rehabilitation services, specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia care, senior housing communities, a premier continuing care retirement community, as well as in-home and community-based programs.
The Challenge
In 2011, PSCN came to us looking for a partner to help streamline their communications, provide a resource for all 2,100+ employees to stay connected through online distribution of sales and marketing material, all while helping to maintain a strong brand image. Additionally, we worked to assist in the optimization of their marketing and communication efforts within various lines of service within the organization.

Their team relies on us for strategic guidance and sound communications advice and we are often included in their planning meetings about brand management, signage, design, marketing strategy, sales and marketing collateral, and direct mail.
